On this episode we are digging a few and washing a lot of amethyst! This episode is of someof te cleaning, not the full coverage and shots of the last dig, that will premiere on the next episode #4, where we hit double the mother-lode this time!!!
These are from the Purple Heart Mine in South Carolina, which is a private location. Join us here and check them out with us and we also see them for the first time in 350 million years since they formed deep inside the earth! It has taken that long for the ground to decay them to the surface.
