SASTOJCI
300ml. mleka
150gr.kiselog mleka
2 kašičice soli
1 prašak za pecivo
Brašno po potrebi da bi ste zamesili testo srednje čvrstine.Pripremite 1kg. jer vam treba i u toku rada.
Za premazivanje kora
250gr.putera
150-200ml.ulja
Puter pustite da se otopi pa dodajte ulje.
Nadev ili fil
500gr.sira
300gr.svežeg luka.
Napravljenu pitu ili katmer zaseći koso oštrim predmetom i premazati umućenim žumancetom sa malo mleka.
Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200c/30min.
