Atlantic Salmon Filet cut into strips and smoked on my Pit Boss Austin XL Smoker. I used Malcom Reed's BBQ Rub and his honey balsamic glaze recipe. This Salmon came out absolutely amazing this is a must try. ENJOY!
Glaze Recipe:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 TBS honey
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp red pepper flake
simmer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes to reduce down.
