Harlo's Culinary Haven: Unveiling the Finest Steakhouse in Summerlin Las Vegas

Looking for the best quality steak and seafood restaurant and bar in Las Vegas? Theres no reason to go to the famous Las Vegas strip!!! I highly recommend Harlo. I was looking for a high quality steak restaurant for my YouTube channel, and I found it in Summerlin. Why Harlo? Let's start with the service, for me, service is a deal breaker, if you don't have an engaged team, that will reflect on your service level, we encountered with 7 team members from manager, chef, server and food runner,
Ivo the manager is a great leader, always checking on entire restaurant operation and customers satisfaction.
Trevor busser- recommended us double baked potato for next time. Super sweet.
Jankarlo back server- made sure our drinks were never empty. Great job recommending drinks.
Zoe Friedland server that's been here since the opening of the restaurant.
Rebecca server - super knowledgeable with the menu and gives great recommendations
Chef Anthony Quinn- Chicago born. We know chicago are known for the best chop houses in the states. No wonder he knows how to make steak right. Young and professional.
Executive Chef Gina Marinelli- local celebrity, shout out to one of few high profile female executive chef in town, and yet she is so humble in person. Always look out for young chef.
Everyone is amazing !!! Later on I found out that they had no turn over since they opened. This is the best experience I ever had in Las Vegas. And I eat out 5 days a week.
Second most important for me is the Food. Chef Gina did a great job balancing between traditional and modern food, you can find some unique and new creations, such as warm lobster Caviar burrata, flying fish and yellow tail hamachi, prickly'n'pink, summerlin oasis, but you can also find something as simple but good such as wood grilled branzino, double bone Sakura pork chop and ribeye cap. They also have seasonal tasting menu with appetizers, entree and dessert for under $100.
We had several cocktails, all of them were fantastic. Our favorites were the Harlo Martini, Harlo Barrel aged and improved whisky cocktail. Spirit free and wine list also available.
Last but least, it's about the ambiance. In Vegas, you need to have something special for people to take picture to post on Instagram or for me to make video for YouTube. This place is classic, elegant and chic with modern 60's vibe. Kinda of old Hollywood with touch of 2023. Every corner are Great for picture taking.
This just might be my top choice for steak restaurant in Vegas, I definitely will bring my friends and family back for another great experience again.
