Exploring the History of Halifax! Harbour Hopper, Citadel, Pier 21 & More 🇨🇦⚓️

We’re diving into the rich history and culture of Halifax, Nova Scotia! From historic landmarks to stunning gardens and waterfront views, this was such an incredible day of exploring the city’s roots.

Here’s what we got up to 👇

🛳️ Harbour Hopper Tour – This amphibious tour was such a fun way to start the day! We got to see Halifax by land and sea, while learning all kinds of cool facts about the city’s history.

🌸 Halifax Public Gardens – A peaceful escape right in the heart of the city. These Victorian-era gardens are beautifully kept and full of vibrant flowers and fountains.

⚓️ Maritime Museum of the Atlantic – Home to fascinating maritime history, including exhibits on the Titanic and the Halifax Explosion. A must-visit for history buffs!

🏰 Halifax Citadel National Historic Site – Step back in time at this 19th-century fort! From the views to the reenactors in uniform, this place is loaded with military history and Halifax pride.

🧳 Pier 21 – Known as Canada’s Immigration Museum, this was such a moving experience. We learned about the stories of those who arrived in Canada through this very port.

It was an unforgettable day of exploring one of Canada’s most historic and beautiful cities!
