When I saw powder stevia on the shelves, I was so excited and without much consideration, I bought it home. The truth was it taste AWFUL.
I have been experimenting to make liquid stevia from dried leaves. I still remember when I made it for the first time by boiling it then simmer it like any other tea.... The after taste was so strong, it covered the original taste of the beverages. BIG SIGH!!!!
At the fourth attempt, I managed to get my very own liquid stevia that TASTE better in coffee, hot chocolate, peppermint tea, lemon juice even in cooking…
