We Discovered Our Stalkers Identity!

After keeping an eye on the tracker for a few days, the team decides that it's time to take action: should they travel out and see exactly where this Phantom hides out? Once they make their decision, they stakeout near the location, hoping they'll get a chance to sneak in and retrieve some of the serum he's stolen from them. But the clock is ticking until he returns again, and unfortunately, none of them really seem to fully be on the same page anymore...

A quick catch-up for those that are new to the series, as well as a sneak peek as to what's to come in this video.
01:19 - Should We Engage?
After watching the tracker for a few days, and noting that it hasn't moved, the team discusses whether or not they should follow it out to wherever the Phantom is hiding.
03:35 - Difference Of Opinion.
There seems to be a lack of clarity between the three subjects: they all seem to be focused on something different.
04:31 - Preparation Time.
The team heads over to Red Base to grab some supplies that they could use for this mission, including a drone and binoculars.
05:47 - Trust Is Key.
After bringing up what happened in the previous episode, the subject of "trust" comes up between all three of them. There is an air of tension in the Tesla.
08:00 - Stakeout Time.
Once the team gets to the location, and observes that the Phantom is probably still there, they reside to stakeout and wait to see if he leaves so they can get a closer look.
11:37 - He's Leaving...
Finally, the Phantom drives off. The team leaps into action, and heads closer in order to take a quick peek.
13:41 - Giant Empty Warehouse?
The first building they come across is a large warehouse, although it appears to be empty. It's unclear if the Phantom used it at all.
15:35 - Aaaaand An RV.
Along the side of the warehouse is a rather suspicious-looking RV. The team parks the car a little closer for an easier getaway before seeing if they can somehow make their way inside.
17:28 - Enter BB Reference Here.
Once inside the RV, the team starts looking around as quickly as they possibly can, despite their infighting. It quickly becomes clear that it's a decaying car filled to the brim with chemicals.
19:47 - And More Documents.
After looking around a little more, they stumble across some documents that the Phantom seemingly had hidden away. After looking through them, it becomes clear who this Phantom probably is...
21:47 - What Do These Mean?
After reading a handwritten letter, as well as what seems like an old email, it seems to change something in the team...
24:02 - He's Back!
It falls on Samantha in order to create a diversion for the team to escape. Luckily, they manage to snag the serum just in time.
