Airlie Beach to Agnes Water on Royal Enfield Himalayan | #32 | Motorcycle Camping Australia

We packed up in Airlie beach to continue our ride south to camp for the night at a secluded spot on the coast called Smalleys Beach. The next morning we got up early to watch the sunrise while we had brekkie on the beach, then we packed up camp for the long ride down to Agnes 'Aggie' Water, located just next to the historic town of 1770 on the Queensland coast.

Who are Tina & Jason?

Originally from Sydney, Australia, we met in 2005 and got married in 2012.

We've both always loved to travel, and started a small web development business together almost 10 years ago to allow us to travel around the world while working remotely.

We especially love adventure travel and challenging ourselves, with that in mind we went on a one year bicycle tour in 2013 through Asia and Europe with zero experience, and it turned out to be one of the most exciting and memorable times of our lives!

Since then we've always wanted to do something big and adventurous again but haven't gotten around to it until now. The idea for a motorcycle tour around Australia came to us during the pandemic when all the international borders closed, we hadn't explored much of "our own backyard" yet so thought this was the perfect opportunity.

Neither of us had any motorcycle touring experience but we weren't going to let a small detail like that hold us back! So Tina got her motorcycle learner license 😲 then we bought Arnie and Franco (our Royal Enfield Himalayans) and hit the road! 🏍️🏍️

We started this travel vlog for a bit of fun, to share our experiences and to have something to look back on and relive the adventure of our glory days when we're old and grey.
