My short term review of the new Vector Optics Frenzy Plus 1x18x22 Enclosed Red Dot Sight. Comes in less than $200 with discount code/pre sale. I think this is one of the best budget, Acro style, enclosed, pistol red dot on the market, if you don’t want to spend more than $200. While my first example appeared to have QC issues, the second example ran flawlessly. I will be doing a durability test/comparison between this optic and other enclosed pistol red dots (dropping them, optic down, while attached to a rifle), to see which design is the most durable. While Im not a big fan of this style optic on a pistol, I do think this could be a great option for a piggyback/offset setup for your rifle. These “Acro” sized red dots seem to be more durable than open emitter and smaller enclosed options.
