2 cup Curd(dahi)
1/2 small cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1/4 tablespoon Asfoetida (Heeng)
1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds (zeera)
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds (rai)
1/2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi)
2 green chillis (hari mirch)
1 whole Red Chilli
few curry leaves
1/4 tablespoon red chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon coriander powder (Dhania)
1 & 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste (adrak lehsun)
For Pakora
1 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1/2 tablespoon carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 tablespoon Asfoetida (Heeng)
1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
