In today’s video, we installed a Traction Concepts LSD conversion kit into the differential of my 5.7L HEMI powered Chrysler 300C. The 2.82 open differential was converted into a Limited Slip Differential. This modification can improve traction, lay power down more effectively, improve ETs and acceleration, and make your vehicle handle better while cornering.
I highly recommend a LSD for any 5.7L HEMI build. Yes, these Traction Concepts LSD conversions do work with AWD models as well, and offer improvements in performance. This goes for all 5.7L HEMI powered vehicles, including but not limited to Chrysler 300Cs, Dodge Chargers, Dodge Challengers, Dodge Magnums, and Jeep Grand Cherokees.
