A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A YALE STUDENT ATHLETE

a day in my life as a student athlete at yale! I'm grateful for all these opportunities, however this is a pretty exhausting lifestyle, and I often feel like I never have any free time. The opportunity to be a college student athlete is special and a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I am genuinely incredibly grateful for the chance to do this for 4 years. Having said that, I've also experienced some deep mental health challenges throughout my time at college so far (as I've talked about in previous videos), and I've certainly experienced some of the negative aspects of being a student athlete, along with the positives. Here's a reminder that your mental health should always, always come first. Before we are students and before we are athletes, we are human.
