Ingredients

Yeast mixture:-
6g/2tsp yeast
122ml/ 14tbsp like warm water
22g/2tbsp sugar
Put all ingredients in a bowl at same time together with the yeast mixture:-
250g/25tbsp wheat flour
15g/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (to taste)
40ml / 4 tbsp oil
Rest the dough for about 20-30minutes
Flatten thinly and shape.
2 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp water (mix)
Then apply on biscuit before bake.
Bake 180c for about 15-20 minutes depending on ur oven temperature.
U can sprinkle with salt for the finishing.

Untuk campuran yis:-
6g/2 sdt yis
122ml/ 14sdm air suam
22g/2sdm gula
Letak semua bahan ni dalam 1 mangkuk bersama dengan campuran yis:-
250g/25sdm tepung gandum
15g/2 sdm tepung jagung
2 1/2 sdt serbuk penaik
1 sdt garam (atau secukupnya)
40ml / 4 sdm minyak
Uli adunan dan rehatkan dlm 30 minit,
Ratakan nipis
Bentukkan
Sapu atas permukaan biskut ( 2 sdm minyak + 2 sdm air)
Bakar pada suhu 180c utk 15-20minit mengikut suhu oven masing-masing.
