I really tried. But I can't play Daggerfall anymore.

The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall released in 1996 (well before I was born) and despite my SEVERAL attempts to enjoy it; it keeps disappointing me. Perhaps with mods this game can overcome every issue I have with it; but at what point does it stop being Daggerfall? I think for my own sanity: it's time to move on to something else.
