Custom 6x12 Enclosed Series Build

Welcome to Cigar City Softwash Supply. In today’s video, we’re going to go over a 6x12 Enclosed Series build.

This rig is built on a Anvil Trailer, equipped with dual 3500 pound axles, upgraded polycore .40 exterior siding to avoid rippling, polypore .40 aluminum interior walls and bed liner floor coating provided by Rhino Coatings. This trailer was ordered with the charcoal gray exterior with blackout trim. White, black and other colors are available for special order.

For tank capacity, this rig was build with 300 gallons of buffer tank capacity, 100 gallons of chemical capacity and 5 gallons of surfactant.

Powering this rig is a BE Power Equipment 8 gallon per minute at 3,500psi pressure washer with a Honda GX 690 engine and a General Pump TSF2021. FlowPro remote injection system allows chemical application. An 18 inch electric reel holds 200 feet of three eights inch pressure hose. A downstream injector flush valve is also included for easy flushing of the injection system. An 11 gallon fuel tank allows this machine to run all day long.

Soft washing is provided by a 12 volt Delavan system producing 100 psi at 7 gallons per minute. A three valve proportioner allows the user to dial in a precise mixture of chemical, water and soap. An 18 inch electric reel holds 300 feet of half inch soft wash hose and a water boss gun allows the user to spray exactly where they need. A three way ball valve provides flushing capability for the chemical side of the metering system.

For window cleaning, this rig is equipped with a 4 stage Tucker water fed pole system including 100 feet of quarter inch hose, 100 feet of 5/16 inch hose, a 22 foot carbon pole and a 2 gallon per minute 12 volt Delavan pump.

A surface cleaner rack and ladder rack is also included at no extra charge.
