Rear View Camera Whilst Driving Forward on a Ford Transit Connect

In this video we demonstrate the use of a rear view camera which is viewable whilst driving forward.
This is a 2024 Ford Transit Connect which has been adapted for wheelchair access via the rear tailgate. For this to be achieved the ramp which allows access into the via abstracts the view for the driver. This can be quite common on vehicles like this, so we added a system which gives you a perfect view whilst driving.
We added one of our smart mirrors to the original mirror mount which had to be machined together. The camera uses the video input to display the image which leaves the reversing camera input free for an additional camera for reversing.
