Alita Battle Angel is a upcoming movie based upon a Manga comic called GUNNM in Japan and Battle Angel Alita outside of Japan. The author of the comic is Yukito Kishiro. The publisher of the Manga is Shueisha (through their Business Jump Magazine). The Anime is released in the US by ADV Films, and in the UK by Manga Entertainment.
