Touhou 9: Phantasmagoria of Flower View - Yuuka (No Commentary)

Yuuka, being a Youkai that's been around for a long time, knew exactly what was happening when this incident started. Of course being the youkai of flowers helped too, but unfortunately that also put her straight at the top of everyone's suspect list when they found her enjoying the flowers.

Yuuka just like in Touhou 5 is slow as all hell, in fact the slowest character in the game. To compensate this also like in Touhou 5 her attack range is HUGE because of her special ability. Unlike the double shot everyone uses Yuuka's is a triple shot which coupled with her charge shot can shotgun blast through almost anything in front of you. She also has fast charge speed and a quick and wide scope...but with Yuuka you'll mainly be doing careful dodging so they don't really come into play that often.
