I did alot of research on Google and Youtube and found this recipe to help my hair grow. I use one package of #rosemary and 2 T of #cloves. Add this to 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water and boil. Then Strain the mixture into a bowl and add to a spray bottle. I spray the roots of my hair all over and rub it in. I DO NOT soak the rest of my hair, just spray the roots. Leave it in and I hope you see results like i did
