In this single Kettlebell workout we are focusing on Upper Body Strength! Main focus of this Kettlebell Workout is Chest, Back, Shoulders and Core, it will take only 20 minutes to complete. You need one kettlebell or dumbbell.
You can complete this upper body workout at home or the gym and make it as part of the bigger session or it would be challenging workout on its own.
