20.2 Blinker Indicating Woes and some riding footage, can you figure out where we are?

The blinker indicator on the speedometer will not go off. In this video I'm trying to diagnose the cause for the blinker indicator staying on, is it a bad bulb, a bad rely or what? The end of the video is some riding footage, can you figure out where we are?
