Does Moore Threads Still Suck? MTT S70 One Year Later

The last time we tested the Moore Threads MTT S70 was over a year ago and at that time the performance was not great due to unoptimized drivers. So what has changed over a year later? We will go through the performance of this card currently and if it still sucks.

The GPU usage shows 0% on MSI afterburner as afterburner doesn't really work with this GPU however it shows the GPU usage on the Moore Threads pes utility.
