Try these 3 healthy summer coolers – perfect for beating the heat! From the hydrating Watermelon Mint Cooler to the flavorful Paan Rose Thandai and the spicy-tangy Orange Masala Mojito, these no soda drinks are full of taste and nutrition.
These summer coolers are made with natural ingredients, no artificial colours or soda – just pure refreshment.
Watermelon Mint Cooler:
Fresh watermelon (seeds removed, chilled) - 2 cups
Grapes (seedless) - ¼ cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp (or to taste)
Mint leaves - 7-8
Black salt - ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Coconut water - 1 cup + 1 cup (for serving)
Ice cubes - 3-4
Paan Rose Thandai:
Betel (Paan) Leaves - 2 (torn)
Gulkand (Rose Petal Jam) - 2 tbsp
Rose water - ½ tsp
Saunf (fennel) powder - ½ tsp
Cardamom (Elaichi) powder - ¼ tsp
Honey - 1 tsp (or to taste)
Milk (chilled) - 1½ cups
Ice cubes - 3-4
Orange Masala Mojito:
Fresh Orange Juice - 1 cup
Roasted cumin powder - ¼ tsp
Black pepper (crushed) - ¼ tsp
Chaat masala - ¼ tsp
Black salt – add to taste
Mint leaves - 3-4
Honey – add to taste
Orange zest - a few pieces
Ice cubes - 3-4
