Hi. If you’re watching this video, you’re probably curious about HubSpot.
I’m logged into the HubSpot demo account right now, and I’ll walk you through what it looks like right out of the box.
As you can see, it’s in an empty state here. Starting at the dashboard, you’ve got your CRM, content, marketing, sales, commerce, support, and reporting tools.
So what is HubSpot overall? In the simplest terms, it’s a customer relationship management (CRM) platform with everything else built around it — deal management, marketing, support, reporting, and more.
Anytime you have a new contact — whether it’s a brand-new lead or a long-time client — HubSpot helps you manage that relationship in one place.
Let’s jump into the most important part: the CRM.
Up top, I’ll click on Contacts. Here’s a list of contacts in our demo account. You can quickly see:
• Who the contacts are
• Easy ways to reach them
• Who owns the contact
When you click into a contact, you’ll see even more details: email address, when they were added, their stage (like “client”), last activity, and recent interactions. You’ll also see follow-ups scheduled — so you never forget about a client. HubSpot keeps all of that visible and organized, freeing up your brain to focus on actual work.
And it’s not just individuals. If you work B2B, you can also create company records and link all associated contacts to that company.
Next, let’s look at Pipelines.
If you have a lot of deals going, this is where HubSpot really shines. You can see all your deals in one place and drag them from stage to stage. Every stage can be customized — including automations. For example, if following up with clients at a certain stage takes too much time, you can automate that with HubSpot emails.
You’ll also notice data at the top: organized and easy to access. This balance of visibility and organization is what makes HubSpot pipelines so valuable for the businesses we work with.
On the marketing side, you can build:
• Email campaigns
• Ads
• Text messages
• Landing pages and full website pages
What’s great is that everything connects. If someone signs up on a landing page, they automatically flow into your contacts, and you can trigger follow-ups or notifications.
And no matter what you build — pipelines, campaigns, landing pages — HubSpot gives you detailed reporting so you can measure performance and improve over time.
