earnway.io Platform (Core Platform Provider and Operator/Maintenance):

 Responsibilities

 Infrastructure Investment: Enable partner members to freely build and design independent sub-channels/social media accounts.

 Traffic Acquisition: Fund advertising campaigns to drive traffic to channels and address initial market demand issues.

 Platform and Standards: Provide the technology platform, operating standards, revenue settlement system, and core support services.

 Coordination and Support: Act as the first line of user support, coordinating and resolving issues arising within the partnership.

 Member Value: Members (partners) do not bear the costs of channel setup or initial traffic, achieving zero-risk entrepreneurship.

 Members/Partners (Module Developers and Content Operators):

 Responsibilities

 Content Creation and Operation: As a channel host, responsible for daily content updates, live streams, community interaction, etc.

 Skills Contribution: Contribute your professional skills, such as: IT programming, hosting, translation, cooking, game development, artificial intelligence technology, etc.  Learning and Growth: Without specific skills, members can learn a skill through the platform's "free online tutorials" before starting their own business. Members can also hire professionals to assist in creating a live streaming platform to earn money. For example, a member interested in live streaming a particular game but lacking expertise in that game can hire a freelancer skilled in it to help them post content and generate direct revenue.

 Platform Value: The platform solves the problems of funding and traffic, allowing you to focus on content creation that you excel at.

 Revenue Plan and Distribution Model: Revenue distribution is at the core of the partnership, following a value-driven principle.

A. Advertising Revenue Sharing (Taking YouTube as an example):

o YouTube provides channel owners with a 55% share of advertising revenue.

o Earnway's internal distribution plan is as follows:

 Platform Investment and Service Management Fee: 40% (including channel design, platform maintenance, and expert guidance in operations).

 Channel Host (Partner Member) Share: 30% (as the core incentive for content creation).

 Advertising Acquisition Traffic Fund: 30% (reinvested to continuously drive traffic to this channel and other platform projects, including competition awards). B. Product Placement/Sales Profit Sharing:

o Members can select products to promote from the platform's affiliate marketing task website.

o Commission sharing ratios for different products and suppliers are negotiated separately, ensuring flexibility and fairness.

C. Platform Referral Commission:

o Refer a new member to register on the Earnway platform and immediately receive a $5 direct referral commission per person.

o You can also receive a lifetime 5% reward based on the total earnings of the members you refer. (See the "Platform Membership Guidelines" for details).
