This weekend, Shifu Yan Xin (34th generation Shaolin Disciple) would like to share with you 3 key stance training drills that is works as a great conditioning training exercise for your Stances, that builds stregnth and works on your transitioning speed and power from one stance to another.
The 3 key stances involved in this drills training is, Xu Bu (Cat Stance), Gong Bu (Bow Stance) and Ma Bu (Horse Stance).
This 3 key stance training drills is also designed to help you get ready for our summer retreat seminar that is coming up next week (15, 16, 17, and 18 July), The Shaolin Dharma Cane (The Shaolin Walking Stick).
