Her KIDS Come FIRST the YARD Comes LAST we Changed That TODAY

Welcome back to the next episode in the Mark Mows Monday journey!
This week, we're helping out a single mum with two young kids — both with special needs — who’s been quietly struggling. She turned down our first offer for a free mow, and we totally understood. But as time passed, her driveway and footpath were being swallowed by long grass and weeds. It wasn’t just messy — it was becoming unsafe.

We left a letter offering help again, but never heard back. So today, we showed up anyway — no knocking, no pressure — just a small surprise cleanup to make the footpath usable again. It’s not the full yard, but it’s a start. And sometimes, a little help is all someone needs to keep going.

Job well done. Even with the wet and muddy ground from all the recent rain, we pushed through and made a real difference. You’ll notice the edging was tough in spots, but the transformation still speaks for itself.

⚠️ Note: The left side of the driveway had a great transformation too — but unfortunately, the camera stopped recording partway through. We were just as gutted as you probably will be! And believe it or not, the inside of the yard is even worse than what you see outside…
