🛑 STOP Scrolling 🛑 Epic Off-Grid Location & Waterhole REVEALED!!! 🍃

This week we stayed at a Hipcamp called Bridgewater close to Dingo, Queensland and visit Blackdown Tablelands close by. Come and check out this incredible waterhole that you can't miss on your travels!!

The time of year that we visited here was May.

Recipe for Flatbread:

220 g plain flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
115ml milk

Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Stir until it's all combined into a dough.
Gently knead and split evenly into 4 balls, roll each out thinly.

Cheese of your choosing - I chose a sharp cheddar

Place cheese on one half of the flatbread and fold over and roll out the edges.

Mix together the following and microwave until melted.
50g butter
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp dried parsley

Using a frying pan, no oil, use a pastry brush to paint the butter mixture onto both sides of the flatbread and fry on each side for 2 minutes on a med/low head.

WHO ARE WE:
We’re Leah, Tj and our three children, Parker, Quinn & Freddie. We sold up our first house in 2022 and started travelling full time in our caravan.
We first started travelling when Freddie was 4 months old, Quinn was 6 and Parker was 8. Were we crazy doing this with a 4 month old?

We hit the road in our Franklin and Navara, but we now have a Ford F150 and a Great Aussie 22ft Caravan.

We started this channel to document ur travels and to have memories for us all to look back on, and along the way so many of you came along for the ride too, which has been beautiful.
