In this video, I take on an extreme restoration challenge: a seriously damaged, heavily rusted 3-wheel construction winch / crane that had been abandoned and left to decay for years.
The machine was seized, corroded, and nearly impossible to repair.
Step by step, I disassemble, clean, remove rust, repair broken parts, rebuild the mechanical system, repaint, and fully test the winch to bring it back to working condition.
