Its about The rematch(5minX5round) between Aoi Matsubara and Ayaka Kurusuraga from the animation Toheart2~remember my memory.
In the original work, after losing to Aoi in the JPN National Girls' High School Mixed Martial Arts Tournament, Ayaka went to study at an American university after graduating from high school.
This match took place after 1year when Aoi was graduating from high school and about to enter university. Ayaka made a special trip back to Japan to have a friendly rematch with Aoi, both to celebrate Aoi's high school graduation one year later and to test her strength after a year's absence.
