Over the past 2 months, the country of The Philippines have been embroiled in a decade-long corruption scandal that resulted in the exposing of government officials and contractors. All this time, the taxes of Filiipinos were used in over-priced projects just for a few people to pocket millions upon millions of pesos while building substandard projects, or not even build anything and left the Filipino people sinking while they fly away in their helicopters.

DPWH officials and politicians were exposed to have been pocketing billions of funding for flood control projects that were either left abandoned or built poorly, resulting in its collapse. They then launder the stolen funds into their personal accounts and use stolen government funds as "donations" to politicians so they can spend more money on their campaigns and making political banners in order to win in office just to continue this cycle of stealing trillions, trillions of pesos from the people.
