Recording mounting blocks on OpenStreetMap

Mounting blocks are platforms to help mount and dismount horses and in some cases carriages (and to load carriages). They are part of our horse related heritage which might be a bit more elite than other parts of heritage, but they still deserve to be recorded. Here, I'm proposing how to do that in an open and thorough manner using an example from Kilkenny and one from County Wexford.
