How to Install a BIG A** Aluminum Radiator | 1995 Ford F150

In this video, I show you how to remove the stock single core radiator and replace is with a three core 2.5 inch thick aluminum radiator I bought from Rock Auto. The process is very straight forward. Drain the radiator, disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, disconnect the transmission cooler lines, and unbolt the radiator fan shroud. Then the stock radiator can be unbolted and pulled straight up out of the engine bay (with some wiggling here and there to get around wires and other lines.)
