Here is a video I have been wanting to shoot to explain the use and wear of a couple of very important ancient flintknapping tools. Since I first started searching for artifacts back in 1983, a couple of tools I have found that I found quite fascinating are the hammerstone used for knapping and the abrading stone that was used to grind the edge of the preform before striking flakes off. Here is a look at a couple of these tools I have found.
