AIS Year 12 Dalat Trip 2019

The Year 12 students have been on the camp in Dalat as part of their introduction to the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma program.

Field trips help students apply what they learn in class to the external world of biotic and abiotic factors, as well as, update the environmental current affairs. The trip in Dalat truly raises awareness of students about the rainforest ecosystem and its habitants, both animals, and plans. Later, students also plant new trees to give a positive impact on the environment.

Each and every field trip presents its own challenges so students also participate in abseiling, jungle trek, making bamboo and high ropes' challenge.

Going beyond the limits of a normal educational field trip, your students will have the chance to develop genuine global issue understanding, challenge their limit and make a real difference to their IB learning.
