The F4E Roundtable gathered over 200 stakeholders in Barcelona to discuss the main opportunities and challenges for Europe to lead the fusion energy race.
This session focused on the opportunities and challenges for the fusion ecosystem, building on F4E’s
involvement in ITER. Some of the questions addressed: How to create a robust supply chain for
fusion technologies in Europe? How to better involve companies and SMEs in fusion? How to secure
and sustain technological leadership in Europe? How to empower industry to be an equal partner
and not only a supplier?
