Choco & Ube cake cups
No bake recipe is very in demand especially for those people who doesn't have an oven at home. We can cook our moist cakes in steam; the flavor and texture is extra ordinary. In this video recipe we will be cooking chocolate and ube cakes in cups and we will top delicious chocolate and ube ganache.
Ingredients:
Chocolate cake:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp coffee powder
1/4 cup milk powder(optional)
1 egg
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup hot water

Chocolate ganache:
2 cups bittersweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup evaporated milk,hot (more or less)
1 tsp coffee powder, optional
2 tbsp margarine

Ube moist cake
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg
1 tsp ube flavor&color

Ube ganache:
2 cups white chocolate,chopped
3/4 cup evaporated milk,hot(more or less)
2 tbsp margarine
1 tsp ube flavor
1/2 tsp violet food color(more if preferred)
