Here's what you need:

11/3 Cups brown or white sugar
1/2 cup canola Oil
4 large eggs
100g melted chocolate or (chocolate syrup - you can use Hershey's)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or dark cocoa powder)
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup icing/ powdered sugar

Baked into preheated oven 175 ℃ for about 10-12 miunutes.
**Do not over baked... your cookies will be dry!.
TIPS: if you want it more fudgy, try to bake it for like 8-10 minutes.
