Ingredients

Whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin seeds, cloves, and dried lime)

1 bell pepper
1 and a half tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon each of (black pepper, turmeric, cardamom, and seven spices)
cumin and dried coriander
1 tablespoon salt
4 and a half cups water
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups soaked basmati rice

Polishing mixture
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon of oil
salt and turmeric
2 tablespoons water
Grill on air-fryer or oven for 15 minutes
