在國外總是很想念台灣的味道 又礙於很難找到到味的古早味油飯 所以在這裡跟大家分享 在家也能輕鬆簡單做的台灣古早味油飯! 希望大家也能輕鬆動手做 享受家鄉的味道! 獻給大家 及所有遊子們:)

Please try my super easy Traditional Taiwanese sticky rice recipe! It's super easy and super tasty and delicious! Hope you guys will enjoy it! Let's enjoy cooking in Asian flavor:)
材料:
糯米 2杯
水 (蓋過所有炒料的量), 另備1杯水給電鍋外鍋用
乾香菇 8朵 (泡水備用), 切片
乾蝦米 100g (泡水備用)
蔬菜油 2湯匙
麻油 1湯匙
蒜頭 2顆, 切粒
鹽 1 茶匙
白胡椒 1/2茶匙
蠔油 1湯匙
米酒 1/3杯
紅蔥頭 1湯匙 (炸好的)
青蔥 少許(裝飾用)
Ingredient:
Sticky rice 2 cup
Water to cover all the ingredient and extra 1 cup for putting in the steamer
Dried shiitake mushroom (soak in the water), sliced
Dried shrimp 100 g (soak in the water)
vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 clove, diced
Salt 1 tsp
Whit pepper 1/2 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Rice wine 1/3 cup
Fried shallot 1 tbsp
Spring onion 1 tbsp, for garnish
