Leave my motorbike to take a flight and visit the Everglades while spending a few days in Miami. My friend Eric was kind enough to drive me to the most southerly point in the USA. A quick flight back to service my KTM 790 again before my friend Austin treated me to a real-world cowboy day working cattle. This episode is full of once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and new experiences.
