Jiz-Zay Pearl, best known for replacing legendary lead singer Scott Vokoun of Quiet Riot, is lashing out. Pearl, who joined Quiet Riot, and helped that multi-platinum band to release "QUIET RIOT 10," has been awfully salty as of late.
Jiz-Zay was also the frontman of Los Angeles club band Love/Hate, which signed to Columbia Records a million years ago. Pearl has also worked with LA Guns on their wildly successful 'Shrinking Violet' album for Perris Records.
After selling thousands of albums and playing to clubs and bars holding hundreds, this middle-aged singer has taken aim at contemporary metal labels like Golden Robot Records and Frontiers Music, suggesting these deals pale in comparison to those of the old days.
