Ingredients:
Paneer - 300 gms
1. To make a fine mixture:
Oil
Cardamom – 2
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp.
Cinnamon – small piece
Cloves – 4
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp.
Onion – 1 big
Tomato – 1 ½
Dry Red chili - 5
Cashew Nuts - 10
Salt
Water – little
Cover and cook on high flame for 10 min. Let it cool down and grind them with little water.
2. Curry:
Butter
Oil
Grinded mixture
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp.
Coriander powder – 1 ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp.
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
Honey/Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt (if required)
Water (if needed)
Paneer
Cover for few mins.
