This video shows how to use landmarks to get a rough focus during the day
This also makes it easier to align your Finderscope if you are using one.
This video was shot with my setup inside my house, looking out a window. It was done to demonstrate how to achieve a rough focus. The object (a house) is approximately 1.34km away.
Equipment:
C8 SCT, f/6.3 Focal Reducer, SCT T-Adapter, Relevant Spacers, ZWO UV/IR Filter, ASI294MC Pro Cooled to 0°C, HEQ5 Pro mount, Celestron Aluminium Dew Shield
