In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make Marbled Buttercream cake just by melting the buttercream! I really feel like this is a slightly simpler way to create this look for someone just starting with this technique. especially if you are using a non-crusting buttercream like a Swiss or Italian Meringue. I would not do this with a whipped as I don't think k you would be able to easily remove the acetate sheet. I used American and it works, but you have to move pretty quick with the melted buttercream. I will attach a link to both the American and a Swiss Meringue.
