A Look Inside the Headstock and Break-In Oil Change on the Lion 23MT Lathe

The Lion 23MT Lathe has been performing beautifully for me, but now it's time to do the maintenance. According to the MFG, 30-60 days of operation is the point to change the break in oil. Now that I have 35 days of good running, I feel it's time to change the oil.
A look inside the headstock reveals a well built and oiled machine. Having watched @Abom79 change oil on his Precision Matthews, I saw the troubles he had and have made some preparations to not make his same mistakes. Not that they helped 100%, but I did curb a lot of spillage.
