I am sharing 'how to learn origami basic folds' video to my viewers. Origami is the traditional Japanese art or technique of folding paper into a variety of decorative or representational forms. 'Ori' means folding and 'kami' means Paper (art of folding). This video shows the beginner level basic folds to create basic patterns that help understanding fold works with paper and give confidence to explore more creative or existing patterns. One can make it more intricate by using long sheets and an increased number of folds. It is useful to understand how origami models have been made and also would help in creating your own patterns and 3D models of everyday things.
