hopes seizures 3 months old,infantile spasms, generalised, focal,tonic,

hopes seizures, started at 3 months old, usually 2 to 3 times a day, seizures only happen after falling asleep around 20-40 minutes later she wakes and seizures? she goes into sword swiping position and is stuck in a spasm for around 20 seconds then comes out of it and back to normal? infantile spasms i think but docs think different?
