FCS Fusion Fin Box install After Glassing or Ding Repair

In this video we show how to install FCS Fusion Fin Boxes into a surfboard or SUP after glassing. Normally they are installed before glassing a board however if you are doing colored laminations you will want to install them after glassing to have uniform color around the fin boxes. This same technique also applies to ding repair.
In this video we use:
FCS Fusion Install Jig
FCS Fusion router bit
Trim Router
FCS dummy fins
Resin Research 2000CE epoxy (Polyester resin can be used on polyurethane boards)
6oz fiberglass fabric
The steps are:
Line up fin jig and route holes
-Dry fit boxes, they should be at the level of the board or just below it
-Install boxes with resin
-Cap over fin box holes with die cut stickers of masking tape
-Glass over boxes
-Paste coat
-Hot Coat
-Sand
