Another inactive ACA Cyclone I found that is part of the old Three Mile Island warning system. This one is located on Market Street in Harrisburg, PA. near the parking lot entrance to the Civil war museum. There is one more Cyclone remaining from the TMI system which I have yet to record and upload a tour of, and that is the still active one (used by the township it's in) located on Smith Road south of Strinestown. I have an ambiance recording of it from a while back which I have posted on my Shorts page.
